About

The honest reference for the people already using these compounds.

No vendor money. No clinical hedging. No worldview-laundering. Just the reference Tom wished existed when he started.

Why Pep IQ exists

Alcohol's in every A&E. Cocaine's in every market town. Prescription dependency is climbing. Peptides — a class with decades of clinical use across multiple jurisdictions and a well-tolerated profile — haven't made the regulatory priority list, and won't.

Which leaves an information gap.

Supplier sites won't say a hard word about their own products. Clinical sources haven't caught up to how these compounds are actually being used across sports medicine, recovery, longevity and metabolic communities. Reddit threads contain real wisdom — but you have to dig through 200 comments to find it, and most of it disappears when subs get banned.

That gap is where Pep IQ sits.

What we do

Pep IQ is a daily-use reference for people already using peptides. 71 compound entries, 20 protocol references, compatibility checker, reconstitution calculator, year-view tracker, stack builder. Built around how the community actually uses these compounds — dose conventions, stacking patterns, real-world evidence weighed honestly against what trials and population use can each show.

We don't sell peptides. We don't take affiliate cuts from vendors. We don't push pharma. The site is funded by the people who use it — £4.99/month, or free where it matters most.

What we don't do

We don't pretend these compounds are risk-free. We don't pretend they're more dangerous than the evidence suggests, either. We don't write content that reads like supplier marketing. We don't write content that reads like a clinic disclaiming everything to protect itself.

We weigh the evidence from where it actually comes — clinical trials, population use, mechanism — and rank it honestly by what each stream can actually show.

Who built this

I'm Tom. I built Pep IQ because every person I know with a vial in their hand was asking me the same questions. Gym mates, business owners, lads in the WhatsApp chat — "how much BAC water do I add, how many doses do I get, can I mix this with that, when do I get my bloods done." I got tired of typing the same answers thirty times.

So I built the tool I wished existed when I started. Then I built the rest of the reference around it.

I'm not a doctor. I'm not a clinician. I'm one of you — someone who reads the studies, runs the protocols, and thinks the people already doing this deserve a reference written from inside the community, not from a clinic, a vendor, or a regulator who hasn't looked at the field since 2008.

"Pep IQ is the honest reference for the people already using these compounds."
