Affiliate & Partner Programme Terms

These terms govern participation in the Pep IQ Partner Programme. By applying to become a partner, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms in full.

The Pep IQ Partner Programme is operated by the owner of pepiq.co.uk, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. Questions: hello@pepiq.co.uk

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Partner Programme you must:

Be a UK-based individual or registered business
Be a personal trainer, fitness coach, aesthetic practitioner, clinic, gym, or other professional operating in the health and wellness space
Be aged 18 or over
Not be a direct competitor to Pep IQ
Agree to promote Pep IQ honestly and in compliance with these terms
Hold a valid UK bank account in your name or your business name

Membership Requirement

All approved partners must hold an active Pep IQ subscription (£9.99/month) as a condition of their partnership. This ensures every partner has direct experience of the platform they are recommending. Your membership fee is automatically waived once you have 5 or more active paying subscribers attributed to your referral code. If your active subscriber count drops below 5, the standard fee resumes.

For annual partners (£79.99/year): the waiver applies at your next renewal date once you have maintained 5 or more active paying subscribers for the preceding 30 days. No prorated refund of the current annual term is issued when the threshold is reached during the year — you have already received 12 months of platform access for the £79.99 paid. The reward of the waiver is permanent free renewal going forward, as long as the subscriber threshold is maintained.

For monthly partners (£9.99/month): the waiver applies at your next monthly billing date once you have maintained 5 or more active paying subscribers for the preceding 30 days. If your active subscriber count drops below 5 before a billing date, the standard fee applies for that month and the waiver re-applies once you return to 5+ sustained for 30 days. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Pep IQ reserves the right to decline or terminate any partner application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2. How the Programme Works

Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral code and personalised referral link (e.g. pepiq.co.uk/join?ref=YOUR-CODE). When a new subscriber signs up via your link and becomes an active paying member, you earn a commission on their monthly subscription fee.

Commissions are calculated monthly on all active paying subscribers attributed to your referral code. A subscriber is attributed to you at the point of account creation if your referral code is present in their session.

3. Commission Rates

Commission rates apply to the standard £9.99/month subscription. Annual subscriptions are calculated as 1/12 of the annual fee per month. Pep IQ reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice.

4. Payment Terms

Partners must maintain an active Pep IQ subscription (£9.99/month). This fee is waived automatically when you have 5 or more active paying subscribers attributed to your referral code
Commissions are paid on the 1st of each calendar month for balances accrued in the preceding month
Minimum payout threshold: £10.00. Balances below £10 roll over to the following month
Payment is made by UK bank transfer to the account details provided on your application
You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are accurate. Pep IQ accepts no liability for payments made to incorrectly provided details
It is your responsibility to declare commission income to HMRC. Pep IQ will not withhold tax on your behalf
Pep IQ may withhold payment if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach of these terms pending investigation

5. Refund Clawback & Reversed Commissions

If a referred subscriber cancels and is granted a refund (whether prorated, full, or via Stripe chargeback), the commission paid to you on that subscriber will be reversed under the following terms:

Within 30 days of the subscriber's payment date: the full commission is clawed back. If already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next monthly payment. If not yet paid out, it is removed from your accrued balance
After 30 days from the subscriber's payment date: no clawback applies. You keep the commission already earned for that subscription period, but no further commission accrues on future periods once the subscriber cancels
Chargebacks (disputed payments via the subscriber's bank): commission is reversed regardless of how much time has passed, as Pep IQ has not received the underlying payment
Fraudulent referrals: commissions on subscribers identified as fraudulent (self-referrals, fake accounts, paid-for clicks, incentivised signups, or other breaches of these terms) are reversed in full at any time, and may result in termination of your partner agreement

Reversed commissions appear as negative adjustments in your monthly statement. If a reversal causes your balance to go below zero, the negative balance is carried forward against future earnings.

6. Tax Obligations (UK)

Important: Commission income is taxable income in the UK. You are solely responsible for declaring all commissions earned to HMRC and paying any Income Tax, National Insurance or Corporation Tax due.

If you are VAT registered and earn commission that is subject to VAT, you must notify Pep IQ. Pep IQ is not responsible for any tax liabilities arising from your participation in the programme.

We recommend keeping records of all commissions received. Pep IQ will provide a monthly statement via your partner dashboard.

7. ASA & CAP Code Compliance (UK Advertising Rules)

As a partner promoting Pep IQ, you must comply with the ASA CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising). This includes:

Disclosure: You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when promoting Pep IQ. This applies to all posts, stories, videos, emails and any other promotional content. Use clear language such as "Ad", "Affiliate", "Paid partnership" or "I earn commission from this"
Honesty: All claims you make about Pep IQ must be truthful, accurate and not misleading
No medical claims: You must not make medical claims about the compounds covered on Pep IQ. You must not suggest that Pep IQ content constitutes medical advice
No unapproved claims: You must not make specific efficacy claims about any compound beyond what is stated on the Pep IQ platform
Target audience: Do not direct promotional content at anyone under 18

Failure to comply with ASA/CAP Code rules may result in immediate termination of your partnership and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

As a Pep IQ partner you must not:

Create fake accounts or use fraudulent methods to generate referrals
Refer yourself or family members
Use spam, unsolicited emails or messages to promote your referral link
Make false or misleading statements about Pep IQ, its content or the compounds it covers
Imply that Pep IQ provides medical advice, prescribes or supplies compounds
Use Pep IQ's name, logo or branding in any way not explicitly approved
Promote Pep IQ alongside any supplier, seller or reseller of the compounds covered on the platform in a way that could appear to endorse a commercial product
Attempt to circumvent attribution tracking

9. Compound Sourcing — Your Responsibility

Pep IQ does not sell, supply, endorse or affiliate with any peptide supplier or compound vendor. This is a firm policy that will not change.

As a partner you must clearly communicate to any person you refer that Pep IQ is an independent research and intelligence platform only. It does not supply compounds, provide prescriptions, or recommend specific suppliers.

The following will result in immediate termination of your partnership and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

Off-licence or off-prescription use promotion: Suggesting, implying or facilitating the use of any prescription-only compound by a person who does not hold a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner. Many peptides covered on Pep IQ are not licensed for human use in the UK. Partners must not promote or facilitate their use as if they were licensed medicines.
Supplier affiliation: Using your Pep IQ partner status to promote, endorse, or direct users towards any specific peptide supplier or compound vendor — whether or not that supplier is third-party tested or legitimate. Your Pep IQ partnership is not to be used as a credibility signal for any commercial product or vendor.
Combined promotion: Promoting Pep IQ alongside a specific peptide supplier in a way that implies Pep IQ endorses that supplier, their products, or the purchase of compounds from them.
Prescription impersonation: Acting as if Pep IQ content constitutes, replaces, or supplements a medical prescription or professional medical advice.

What Partners May Do

Partners may, entirely independently and separately from their Pep IQ promotion:

Earn their own separate commercial arrangements with third-party tested, legitimate compound suppliers — this is entirely their own business and nothing to do with Pep IQ
Direct clients to conduct their own research and due diligence when sourcing compounds
Recommend that clients consult a licensed medical professional before using any compound

Any such arrangements must be kept entirely separate from your Pep IQ partnership and must never be presented as connected to, endorsed by, or affiliated with Pep IQ in any way.

10. Intellectual Property

Pep IQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pep IQ name and approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Partner Programme. You may not modify, create derivative works from, or sublicence Pep IQ's intellectual property. All rights in Pep IQ's content, brand and platform remain with Pep IQ.

11. Data & Privacy

By applying to the programme you consent to Pep IQ storing and processing the personal data you provide (name, email, business details, bank details) for the purpose of administering your partnership. Your bank details are stored securely and used only for commission payments. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. See our full Privacy Policy.

You must not share, sell or misuse any subscriber data that may come to your attention through your participation in the programme.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

Your referral link and code will be deactivated
Any commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid at the next scheduled payout date, provided the balance meets the minimum threshold
Commissions generated after deactivation of your referral link will not be payable
In the event of termination for breach of these terms, Pep IQ reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions

13. Limitation of Liability

Pep IQ's total liability to you under this programme shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding any claim. Pep IQ accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your participation in the programme.

14. Changes to These Terms

Pep IQ may update these terms at any time. Where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide 30 days' written notice by email. Continued participation in the programme after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Membership: £9.99/month active subscription required · Waived automatically at 5+ active referring clients

Commission: 15% standard · 20% business · 25% VIP — paid 1st of each month, minimum £10

Authorisation: All applications manually reviewed — no automatic approval
