Plain English summary: This is an educational reference. Nothing here is medical advice. Do not use this site to self-diagnose or self-prescribe. Always work with a qualified healthcare professional. Content is protected by copyright — do not copy or reproduce it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pep IQ ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content on this Site — including entry pages, protocol guides, preparation guides, mixing guides, calendars, and all other materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. This Site does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
- A recommendation to use any compound, substance, or protocol
- A guarantee of safety or efficacy for any compound described
Many compounds described on this Site are research chemicals not approved for human use in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions. The legal status of these compounds varies by country and changes over time. It is your responsibility to understand the legal status of any compound in your jurisdiction before acquiring or using it.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information on this Site is not intended to replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional before starting any health protocol, supplement, or compound. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, this is especially important.
Peptides and related compounds can have serious side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications. The Site documents known risks where data exists, but the absence of documented risk does not mean a compound is safe — particularly for experimental or frontier compounds where human safety data is limited or absent.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on this Site is the intellectual property of Pep IQ and is protected by United Kingdom copyright law and international copyright treaties. This includes but is not limited to:
- All entry page text, protocols, descriptions, and editorial assessments
- The evidence grading system, card design, and layout structure
- Protocol frameworks, calendar structures, and preparation guides
- The database of compounds and their structured presentation
You may access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial reference purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or republish any content without express written permission
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site
- Use the content for commercial purposes without a licence agreement
- Create derivative works based on the Site's content or structure without permission
- Frame or embed the Site's content in another website without permission
UK database rights apply to the structured compilation of compound data on this Site. Unauthorised extraction or re-use of substantial portions of the database constitutes infringement of these rights.
5. Subscription and Access
Certain areas of the Site require a paid subscription. Free access is provided to a limited subset of content as described on the Site. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are set out separately at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify access levels, pricing, and available content at any time with reasonable notice.
Sharing subscription credentials with non-subscribers is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.
5b. Account Termination & Prohibited Use
The following will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Off-licence or off-prescription promotion: Using the platform to facilitate, suggest or promote the sourcing, supply or use of any compound without appropriate legal authority. The compounds documented on this platform are research chemicals not licensed for human use in the UK or most jurisdictions. Nothing on this platform constitutes a prescription, clinical recommendation, or authorisation to use any compound.
- Misrepresentation of authority: Using your membership or any platform content to represent that you hold medical or professional authority to administer, prescribe or recommend compounds to others, where no such authority exists.
- Supplier promotion: Sharing member-only content, protocol data or blood work guidance in connection with any commercial compound vendor, supplier or reseller. Pep IQ does not affiliate with, endorse or accept commission from any compound supplier — this is a permanent policy.
- Redistribution of member content: Sharing, selling or redistributing member-only content, protocol references or tracker data without written permission.
Pep IQ reserves the right to terminate any account immediately and without notice where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the above. No refund will be issued on termination for cause.
5c. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This section sets out the cancellation and refund policy for paid subscriptions to Pep IQ. By subscribing you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):
- You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- By accessing member-only content during this period (compound entries, protocol references, tracker data) you expressly consent to immediate provision of the service. If you cancel within the 14-day period after using these features, a reasonable deduction may be made for the proportion of the service already provided
- To exercise this right, email hello@pepiq.co.uk within the 14-day period with the subject "Cancel within cooling-off"
Cancellation after the 14-day period:
- Monthly subscriptions (£4.99/month): you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. You retain access until the end of your current paid month. No partial-month refund is issued
- Annual subscriptions (£49.99/year): you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired. You retain full access until the end of your paid annual term. The discount on annual versus monthly (£40 saving) is offered in exchange for the upfront commitment
- Cancellation method: email hello@pepiq.co.uk with the subject "Cancel subscription" from the email address on your Pep IQ account. We respond within 2 working days
Refunds at Pep IQ's discretion:
- Refunds outside the above policies are at Pep IQ's sole discretion and are not guaranteed
- Refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorised payments will be processed promptly upon verification
- Refunds are not issued for failure to use the platform, change of mind after the 14-day period, or for any portion of a subscription period during which access was available to you
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first attempting resolution via email to hello@pepiq.co.uk, your account may be terminated and you may be permanently excluded from future subscriptions to Pep IQ.
