New Feature
Mixing Calculator rebuilt — it tells you the units to draw
The reconstitution calculator now works the way it should. You choose how much bacteriostatic water to add to the vial; it works out exactly how many units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe for your dose, and how many doses the vial gives you. It also catches the dangerous mistakes — a dose larger than the whole vial, more water than the vial can physically hold, or a draw too small to measure accurately. Free to use on the Prep Guide. Information only — not medical advice. Open the calculator →

Protocols
Protocol pages rebuilt — information-only references
Every protocol has been rebuilt from the ground up. The old prescriptive annual calendars are gone, replaced with honest, information-only references. Each one now shows the compounds in the stack (a snapshot card plus a link to the full entry), where the protocol actually originated, its evidence grade, and an estimate of real-world human exposure — alongside a plain statement of what's popular versus what's actually been trialled. No schedules to follow and no dosing prescriptions: just what the record shows. Browse protocols →

New Section
Khavinson bioregulators — a dedicated section
A new section covering the Russian peptide bioregulators — the short-peptide family associated with Prof. Vladimir Khavinson's work (Epitalon, Thymalin and others). Six compound entries plus their protocol references, each documenting the original Russian clinical literature, what has and hasn't been replicated independently, and current regulatory status. Written in the same conditional voice as the rest of the platform: documented, not hyped. The hub is free to browse.

New Entries
New Frontier cards: SNAP-8 and Cagrilintide
Two new Frontier entries. SNAP-8 — a topical acetyl-octapeptide studied for softening expression lines. Cagrilintide — a long-acting amylin analogue in late-stage obesity trials and increasingly seen on the grey market. MariTide (maridebart cafraglutide) is logged as a pipeline "Coming Soon": trial-stage only, not yet available — the full entry opens when there's something solid to document.

Research Update
US regulatory status refreshed — FDA Category 2 removal
Status strips on the affected compounds have been updated. In April 2026 the FDA removed BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon and several others from the restricted Category 2 bulk-substances list, and a Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee review is scheduled for 23–24 July 2026. The key point, stated plainly on the cards: removal from the restricted list is not approval — these remain unlicensed in the UK (MHRA), and the US position is still evolving. Framed conditionally rather than overstated.

New Entry
Larazotide added — first of the weekly card drops
The first weekly compound drop is live. Larazotide (AT-1001) — the most-studied zonulin antagonist in the peptide space, originally developed for celiac disease and now investigated in MIS-C, IBS, and broader gut-barrier dysfunction. Excellent safety record across thousands of trial subjects. Lives in Part One (Healing & Recovery). The "Just In" tag stays on the card for the week. Read the entry →

New Feature
PeptideWorld — fortnightly news digest launches Monday
Pep IQ's rolling peptide news digest goes live Monday 25 May. Every fortnight: regulatory updates, late-stage trial readouts, pipeline movement, community protocol shifts, and safety signals — bullet-pointed, sourced, conditional voice where evidence is still developing. Pinned to the top of /blog, with the archive tracking every past digest.

Feature
Blood work schedule added to all 19 protocol calendars
Every protocol calendar now shows the full written blood work schedule beneath the grid — what to test, which markers, and exactly when. Previously only the 6 main annual protocols had this. Now every starter, intermediate, and specialist calendar has it.
