Free Access & Subscriptions
What's free, and what do I pay for?
The entire reference is free for everyone, no account needed — every compound entry (including the dosing and protocol detail within them), all 20 protocols, the Prep & Mixing guides and the calculators. The one paid thing is the
Protocol Tracker. Sign up at
pepiq.co.uk/join with just an email and your name — no card — and you get 30 days free on the tracker. After 30 days the tracker locks unless you subscribe; everything else stays free. We don't auto-charge anyone.
Do I need to enter a card to start?
No. Sign-up requires only your name and email address. You'll only be asked for payment details if you choose to subscribe.
What happens when my 30 days end?
Your account, saved protocols and tracker history are all preserved. Only the tracker locks — subscribe from £4.99/mo and it picks up exactly where you left off. The rest of Pep IQ (every compound entry, all protocols, the guides and calculators) stays free either way. We never auto-charge.
Can I use Pep IQ on multiple devices?
Your account works on any device — phone, tablet, desktop. Paid plans support one active session at a time, so signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one. This prevents account sharing while letting you switch devices freely.
What does the tracker subscription include?
The subscription is the Protocol Tracker: track multiple protocols at once, dose reminders, a year-view compliance heatmap, compound crossover / interaction warnings, the custom pen builder with saved blends, and cross-device sync. Monthly and annual get the same tracker — no tiers, no upsells. Everything else — all 71 compound entries, the 20 protocols, the Prep & Mixing guides and the calculators — is free for everyone, no subscription needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of your current paid month. Annual subscribers can cancel auto-renewal at any time, but the £49.99 annual fee is not prorated or refunded for the remaining months once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed — you keep tracker access until the end of your paid annual term. The annual price (roughly two months free versus monthly) is the trade-off for paying upfront. No cancellation fees. Full policy in our
Terms.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Both give the same tracker. Annual is £49.99/year — about £4.17/month — saving roughly £10 versus paying monthly (about two months free). If you'll use the tracker beyond ~10 months, annual is better value.
How do I get into the tracker after subscribing?
After paying in Stripe you're returned with the tracker active — no extra sign-in. If you were on the free trial, your account just transitions to paid: same login, same data, the tracker stays unlocked. Any issues after payment, email
hello@pepiq.co.uk and we'll sort it quickly.
Do you offer refunds?
The 30-day free trial on the tracker is your no-risk window — that's where we'd rather you decide before paying. If you subscribe and change your mind, you have a
14-day statutory cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) during which you can request a full refund — email
hello@pepiq.co.uk with the subject "Cancel within cooling-off" and we'll process it within 2 working days. After the 14-day cooling-off period, annual subscriptions are not prorated for the remaining months (the annual discount is offered in exchange for upfront commitment). Monthly subscribers can cancel any time but no partial-month refund is issued. Full detail in our
Terms.
The Platform
What are the compound entries?
Each compound entry covers a single peptide in depth — its origin and background, the science and mechanism, what the research actually shows, safety profile, and an honest assessment of where it currently stands. Every entry is free to read in full — no account or subscription needed.
What's in the protocols?
Each protocol reference documents the compounds used, the rationale and evidence behind the combination, the dose conventions people actually run, and general notes on cycling, side-effect management and what's worth monitoring — the same information-only format as the compound entries. It's reference material, not a prescribed schedule or medical advice.
How often is the platform updated?
We update compound entries, protocols and calendars when meaningful new research warrants it — not on a fixed schedule. New compound entries are added when the evidence base justifies it. The updates page at
pepiq.co.uk/updates logs everything as it happens.
Can I download protocols or guides as PDFs?
The guides and protocols are designed to be read on the platform — not downloaded. This means they stay current as we update them. A downloaded PDF would go out of date; the platform version never does.
Is the tracker private?
Yes. Your dose tracker data is private to your account. Nobody else can see it — not other members, not us. It exists purely for your own tracking and blood work reminders.
Do you track me or use advertising cookies?
For analytics we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly cookieless service that only sees aggregate page visits — no personal data. We also run the Reddit advertising pixel to measure which of our adverts bring people to the site; it records page visits and sign-up events. We have turned off advanced matching, so your email and identity are never sent to Reddit — only the fact that a visit or sign-up happened. Your personal tracker data is never involved in any of this. Full detail is in our
Privacy Policy.
Safety & Medical
Is Pep IQ medical advice?
No. Pep IQ is an independent reference and information platform. Nothing on the site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation. All information is provided for educational and research awareness purposes. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any protocol or making health decisions.
Are peptides legal in the UK?
The legal status of individual peptides varies. Some are licensed medicines (GLP-1 agonists, certain hormones) that require a prescription. Others exist in a legal grey area as research chemicals. Pep IQ documents information only — we do not sell peptides, recommend suppliers or facilitate procurement. The legal and regulatory landscape is your responsibility to understand before using any compound.
Why does the platform emphasise blood work so strongly?
Because responsible use of any compound that affects hormones, metabolism or inflammation requires baseline data. Without blood work before you start, you have no reference point. Without mid-cycle testing, you have no safety signal. We document the markers worth discussing with a clinician — general information, not a prescribed schedule — because we believe informed use, with monitoring, is meaningfully safer than uninformed use without it.
Feedback & Site Improvements
I have an idea or feedback for the platform — how do I share it?
Email
hello@pepiq.co.uk with your idea, suggestion or correction. We read every message. Pep IQ is built for the people who use it, so feedback shapes what we build next — new compounds to add, protocols to refine, features to improve, errors to correct. If you spot something wrong, tell us. If you want something added, tell us. The platform gets better because users tell us how to make it better.
