What This Protocol Is For

The aesthetics protocol is for people primarily focused on appearance outcomes — skin quality, body composition, and the subjective qualities of looking and feeling 'younger'. It is not a performance protocol, it is not a longevity protocol — it is specifically curated for appearance-focused outcomes.

The risk profile is moderate — no IGF-1 LR3, no testosterone, no advanced compounds. It is appropriate for experienced users who have established tolerability with simpler stacks and want a year-round aesthetics programme.

Skin and Tissue Quality Focus

GHK-Cu is the star compound for aesthetics. Its effects on collagen and elastin synthesis, skin thickness, and tissue architecture are well-documented and produce visible changes in skin quality over 3–6 months of consistent use. Topical GHK-Cu products exist, but subcutaneous administration produces substantially greater systemic effects including collagen restoration in deeper tissue layers that topical products cannot reach.

Collagen peptides taken orally provide the substrate (amino acids) for GHK-Cu to drive collagen synthesis. They work synergistically — neither alone is as effective as both together.

Body Recomposition

Ipamorelin nightly drives GH-mediated lipolysis and muscle preservation without the appetite-blunting effects of GLP-1 agonists. AOD-9604 in the morning amplifies fat mobilisation in the targeted fat loss phase (months 3–6). The combination produces modest but consistent body recomposition — appropriate for people who want gradual, sustainable changes rather than aggressive weight loss.
