Full-year periodised around off-season mass, prep, peak, and recovery phases. Compounds selected for each phase goal. High-risk compounds in peak phase — advanced users only.
The bodybuilding protocol matches compounds to training goals across the year. Off-season mass phase (January–August): Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 nightly for GH-driven muscle building, MGF post-training for satellite cell activation, BPC-157 continuous for joint protection. Competition prep (July–October): AOD-9604 for fat mobilisation while preserving muscle. Peak and show phase: IGF-1 LR3 for maximum anabolic stimulus in the final 8 weeks.
The off-season core is Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 run together nightly. This combination produces a strong, synergistic pulsatile GH release — CJC-1295 (without DAC) provides a brief GHRH pulse, and Ipamorelin provides a simultaneous GHRP pulse. Together they amplify each other's effect significantly compared to either compound alone. This is the most-used GH secretagogue combination in bodybuilding for good reason.
IGF-1 LR3 in the peak phase is a high-risk compound. It has genuine anabolic effects but also carries risks: hypoglycaemia (especially when combined with insulin), potential for abnormal tissue growth at very high doses, and limited long-term human safety data. It should only be used by experienced individuals who understand the risks and have access to medical oversight. All compounds in this protocol are WADA-prohibited.
